　　 atp生物熒光檢測儀為全新升級產(chǎn)品，大屏幕觸摸顯示屏，代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)按鍵。操作采用生物化學(xué)反應(yīng)方法檢測ATP含量，ATP熒光檢測儀基于螢火蟲發(fā)光原理，利用“熒光素酶—熒光素體系”快速檢測三磷酸腺苷(ATP)。ATP拭子含有可以裂解細(xì)胞膜的試劑，能將細(xì)胞內(nèi)ATP釋放出來，與試劑中含有的特異性酶發(fā)生反應(yīng)，產(chǎn)生光，再用熒光照度計檢測發(fā)光值，微生物的數(shù)量與發(fā)光值成正比，由于所有生物活細(xì)胞中含有恒量的ATP，所以ATP含量可以清晰地表明樣品中微生物與其他生物殘余的多少，用于判斷衛(wèi)生狀況。
